HIGH STANDARDS PRIOR TO PROVIDING CARE

All new applicants must undergo a rigorous screening and interview process.

All personal data is updated and checked throughout employment with SJ Nurses.

• Professional and personal reference checks
• Criminal Background checks
• Multiple face to face interviews with office personnel
• Assessment of Skills along with Competency Screening by  our Nursing Supervisor
• Health Screening

Once the screening and interview process is completed and the caregiver has met our qualifications  to be matched with our client, a registered nurse will accompany the caregiver to the client's home and  will provide additional training and support if needed.

From the very beginning we want  our employees and clients to see we are always available for support and this is achieved by an on site home visit on a regular basis.
