We offer a wide range of services and schedules to meet the needs of our clients, including:
24 hour Live-In care (long or short term) and Hourly with a minimum of 4 hours daily.
Care services are arranged depending on the needs of the client.
Individuals needing personal care (help with Activities of Daily Living) will be provided with a certified caregiver.
Individuals who require minimal assistance around the home and do not require personal care will be provided with a companion (a caregiver who does not hold a license).
We do ALL of the paperwork!
We work around your schedule! If for any reason hours need increasing or decreasing, the care plan is simply updated and reviewed by one of our registered nurses.
Our caregives are supervised by a Registered Nurse. In addition, our caregivers go through a complete physical examination before beginning work for SJ Nurses. This safety check is conducted to ensure that they are physically qualified to meet any and all tasks associated with being a home health aide.
