REQUIREMENTS FOR EMPLOYMENT

  • Current License from the NJ Board of Nursing (for nurses)
    Certificate from NJ Nurses Aide Registry / NJ Board of Nursing (For home health aides and nurses aides)
  • Physical Exam (within the last 12 months)
  • Mantoux or PPD or Chest X-ray (within last 12 months)
  • Evidence of Double Mantoux
  • Rubella Immunization
  • Rubeola Immunization (if born after 1957)
  • 2 Work References (with address, telephone number & supervisor)
  • Photo ID/Driver's License
  • Social Security Card
  • Auto Insurance if you have a car
